Who we support
Our core audience could be described generally as individuals with a learning disability, autism(s) and/or behaviours that challenge including those with a mental health condition along with young people leaving care.
It is worth noting, that along with working with young people to develop their pathway, we are also recognised by our commissioners and can demonstrate our skills as a specialist provider working with young people that have additional needs and requirements, may self-harm, misuse alcohol/drugs, have a history of physical abuse and those involved within the CJS.
In addition, the spectrum of young people we have/currently support include those; involved in gangs and offending behaviour, who have experienced CSE, PTSD and other trauma related conditions, ADHD, OD for example.
